We purchased a vehicle in 2021 and had a wonderful experience with the sales team at Toyota of Cleveland so, when my dad died in January of 2025 and we ended up with his very new 2024 Jeep Gladiator t experience with the sales team at Toyota of Cleveland so, when my dad died in January of 2025 and we ended up with his very new 2024 Jeep Gladiator that was financed with Chrysler Capital and they were giving us a hard time about having it refinanced we knew that we were going to go to Toyota of Cleveland to look into our options. Between Tyler in sales and Justice in finance, they figured out how to get my dads truck refinanced into our name and alleviated all of the stress that we have been experiencing for months while trying to figure out the best route.
