The communication from Tyler was amazing, kept me in the loop and understanding what was happening every step of the way. We still have an issue we have to troubleshoot but they provided options around deal loop and understanding what was happening every step of the way. Tyler provided excellent service for 160K Mile SVC. Appointment was secured within the week and followup text messages and updates were greatly appreciated. Tyler also offered the new in house financing and deferred interest financing for 6 months with a 10% discount off first time use from Morgan Platinum Card. Yes! Additional services included two new tires, 4 wheel alignment, new battery and oil leak repair. All parts were available! Text notifications were received from Tyler throughout the servicing. Also, the wash & vac IS the best ever! My 2012 RR is everything I want and need in a vehicle. Sarasota JLR is an outstanding dealership with an amazing team of experienced professionals with technical knowledge and the ability to provide the highest customer service. Thanks for all you do!
