The experience started out as very good. But after driving the car only 10 miles for a total of 16 miles on the odometer. I got a message saying engine power has been reduced. Bringing it ba But after driving the car only 10 miles for a total of 16 miles on the odometer. I got a message saying engine power has been reduced. Bringing it back to the dealer they told me.I should not drive the car until it's fixed, But then they did not have a loner car for me. I was told I could take my car but if the engine blew up it would be my responsibility. Then after waiting over an hour. They tell me I can go ahead and take my car because they don't have a loner and all should be fine. No words of apology of any sort from anyone, The engine light was also on, plus it was on when I was first shown the car, I did not realize what the light was for. Most likely this engine light was on from the time they first got the car and many different employees drove it, for detailing, protective treatments etc. With the engine light on the whole time no one including Troy said a word about it. Tom's only statement was that's unfortunate! This is not a way to treat consumers or keep them. I will not buy another new car from them in the future. More
