I made the mistake of purchasing a used car from this dealership. Within hours of making the purchase I discovered several major issues with the car. I called them immediately and took the car back to the dealership the next day, and they confirmed that the issues I described were indeed present. I was told that "they would make the situation right"; however, after getting jacked around for a couple weeks the dealership informed me that they would not do anything to resolve the problems. I took the car to an Acura dealership I trust in the Detroit area and they discovered that Elhart had changed only the outer break pads to make it look like the breaks had been recently serviced as they claimed. The inner pads, however, were nearly metal on metal. That should tell you all you need to know about how they conduct their business and how they regard their customers. I spoke to Mr. Elhart directly about my situation and he also did nothing to resolve the situation. By far, the worst auto purchase experience I've ever had. More
