Kelly was great and sat us down and explained how the process works. He got us approved and then helped us pick out something. He showed us the van and it wasn't exactly what we were looking but was in our price range. After test driving it, we fell in love. When our poor van was totaled we knew Hayes was the best place to go. The guys on Q were great. They made sure we were taken care of. Thanks HMC!! More
