Service was great. Very welcoming and professional. Not many dealers can measure up to Fair Oaks Ford. I took my Fusion to Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville for an oil change and was told that there was a brake hose recall, but that if they did that work, they might break a part that would take them five weeks t oil change and was told that there was a brake hose recall, but that if they did that work, they might break a part that would take them five weeks to get. So if I didn’t want to be without my car for five weeks, it was suggested that I skip this recall, which is what I did. A dealership that truly cared would have offered to get the part that might break and then call me to re-schedule, but that wasn’t an option for me. When I picked up my car, the service ticket stated that the recall had been done, which, I was informed, was not the case. Not wanting Ford’s records to incorrectly show a recall had been done, I asked them to correct the ticket. This led to a series of phone calls, three different stories about how to correct Ford’s records, and much of my time spent dealing with this matter--a process which is still ongoing for me. The bottom line of my experience with this dealership is that if you are looking for a service department that doesn’t care about you or your car, that will tell you a different story every time you talk with them, and that will treat you in a rude, unapologetic and indifferent manner, Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville is the service department for you. More

I continue to do business with FairOaks because everyone there takes good care of me. Very important to me is the service department there. Too many names to mention, but thank you Trevor. My 2015 Ford Tra there takes good care of me. Very important to me is the service department there. Too many names to mention, but thank you Trevor. My 2015 Ford Transit ended it's travels with me at over 204,000 miles. I was in for regular service almost every month. In my business I take care of my small customers like they were big. That's what FairOaks has always done for me. Thank you. More

Their service department is nothing but a scam. Multiple repairs over the past year and every time they "fixed" something we had to bring it back for something else.
