I came to the dealership a total of 3 times and dealt with a lot of different folks in the process and they were all GREAT! After putting down a deposit, I knew I would have to wait til end of the month til the vehicle I wanted arrived, but they ended up making a trade with another dealership to get my car there a few weeks faster than anticipated. I've received a few texts since my purchase to make sure I'm still liking my car and if I needed any help getting anything set up. Great customer service! More

I recently purchased a 2020 Mazda 6 Sport from this dealership. After speaking with my sales rep about wanting Apple Car Play in my car, it took about a week for me to realize the Mazda 6 Sport is the dealership. After speaking with my sales rep about wanting Apple Car Play in my car, it took about a week for me to realize the Mazda 6 Sport is the only Mazda not equipped with CarPlay in the newer models. This sucks because I would've purchased a different, more expensive trim, of this vehicle if I had known. While in the dealership a week later, I actually spoke with the Sales and Part department on purchasing Apple CarPlay. They instructed me they had one left, however I COULD NOT come in over the weekend to get it installed. We set a appointment on Tuesday for install. 90m before my install, I was called to be told the part was sold, OVER the weekend, when I was specifically told I could not come in. Their weak excuse on how this happened was accompanied by "We have you on a list since this is on backorder, however we dont know when this part may arrive." The Mazda6 are being discontinued so I'm not holding my breath on them getting one part, they dont need. More
