My initial stop on 10/19/21 was at Headquarter Toyota, after learning that the service person at that dealership was being deceitful I removed my car and took it to Toyota of Hollywood. Not only did I rec after learning that the service person at that dealership was being deceitful I removed my car and took it to Toyota of Hollywood. Not only did I received excellent service from Ms Danielle Colucci, I saved $100.00 for the same service that I would have received at Headquarter Toyota. This is not the first time that I was dealt with unfairly at Headquarter Toyota( last year a friend and I went in for the same services on our 2015 RAV4 and I ended up paying much more). My friend stopped going to Headquarter Toyota, we are now troopers of Hollywood Toyota. I would recommend my representative, Ms. Danielle Colucci to anyone in need of service. She exemplifies the core value of what the Toyota dealership/wants for its clients. 🍹🍹 More

Worst experience of my life from sales to service was lied to from start to finish and took advantage of 3 women looking for a safe used Toyota. We came in with cash we needed a car for our mother they s lied to from start to finish and took advantage of 3 women looking for a safe used Toyota. We came in with cash we needed a car for our mother they said they only had one car available in around our budget and it was a very damaged car that reeked of marijuana they said that they would fix the smell and that they would fix the cosmetic damages because the stereo and the lights that were broken were a safety hazard. We bought the car with the promise that they would fix all the issues several months went by a lot of back-and-forth they finally said that nobody ever said they would fix anything and that those issues are a safety issue and they’ve already spent so much on the vehicle they’re not gonna spend anymore fixing anything. We only bought the car because we were promised at the cosmetic issues would be fixed. A year is gone by and the only resolution is that the manager would give us $200 to fix the issues ourselves. It’s obvious they didn’t inspect the vehicle before selling it because all the wiring in the lights are broken so we can never turn on the fog lights add the stereo was cracked so bad that we can’t press any buttons and the rearview mirror is blurry because the screen was cracked so bad. This was supposed to be a safe car for my elderly mother and my son that she cares for. Just absolutely devastating. We worked so hard to get money to buy our mom a car and she has a car that can’t be fixed because it was too damaged to begin with and they knew it and didn’t want the car and saw an opportunity to get rid of it and make cash quick. I do not recommend this place to anyone go anywhere else! More

I went in for the standard 6 mo.check. The receipt stated that the tires were rotated. I had a distinctive valve cap on the right rear tire. After the service that cap was on the right rear tire.
