Without a doubt, our BEST car buying experience provided by an excellent salesman. Kudos to Phillip’s Toyota for having such a great team member. These guys are HORRIBLE! ! I went to their dealership yesterday to look at 2023 4 Runner TRD PRO and I have never been treated so rudely by a salesman in all of my years of bu ! I went to their dealership yesterday to look at 2023 4 Runner TRD PRO and I have never been treated so rudely by a salesman in all of my years of buying vehicles. This salesman walked up to me and said that if I wanted to purchase the vehicle I would have to pay $10K OVER MSRP for the vehicle. Then he laughed and walked off. He wouldn’t even answer any of my questions. My family has purchased MANY of their previous vehicles from this dealership but NEVER again. Let me tell anyone who is reading this post what’s going on in the car industry right now. We are slowly coming out of a lack of inventory crunch do to the pandemic but inventory levels are getting back to where they used to be pre COVID. So these car dealers want you to believe that you have to pay OVER MSRP if you want a vehicle. I assure that’s not true. Just wait a little bit. Don’t fall for Tony Vieros nonsense. Remember, he has been in the business a long time and has trained these salesman to be the liars that they are. They are trained to manipulate a prospective customer. Their job is to get as much money as possible out of you. Do you think that they care about customer retention? They don’t. What they care about is profit. So save yourself a headache and a lot of money and travel a short distance to another Toyota dealership who actually does appreciate your business. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!! More

Anthony was an absolute pleasure to do business with! I wanted a specific pre-owned vehicle and knew exactly what I wanted to pay for it. I must say, first time up in this area, and was shocked at this dealership. Now granted, I bought a hard to find car there - a 2006 Toyota Solara Convertible with only 80000 miles. So I am test driving t at this dealership. Now granted, I bought a hard to find car there - a 2006 Toyota Solara Convertible with only 80000 miles. So I am test driving the car, and the salesman tells me that they check every car for safety and that is a state law. I acknowledged that since in purchasing cars in Tampa from a dealership, they even go as far as providing the worksheet that the mechanic did on the car. So I bought the Solara. Seemed to be making a weird sound when I hit a big bump, so took it in to a local shop in Lady Lake. Surprise - 2014 tires that have dry rot and flat spots, a rim that has "bad" written on it and is out of round when balanced, both struts bottom out and the sway bar and bushings need replacing, so $2600 later I have a car that I paid way too much for. Now, I will say that it is buyer beware - I get that - but for this dealership to put a car in this shape out on the lot, when they think they have a reputation to uphold is shocking. It drove fine until I hit a bump, which is what caused me to take it to a garage. So coupled with the worst closing experience I have ever had (the financial person left me there for 30 minutes while he went to the rest room), and a $2600 hole in my pocket, I would never recommend anyone to go there for a used car. Filthy bathrooms. Their bathroom was clogged and I went to advise, nothing was done about it. The toilet was literally full of feces. No one wore masks and their managers are rude.
