He took the time to listen to her concerns and answer all of her questions, which made her feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was how transparent Tony was throughout the buying process. He explained everything in detail, including all of the financing options available to my sister. He was patient and understanding, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. He even helped her setup her ONStar and the myChevrolet which he certainly didn't have to do!
