Great experience My husband and I decided to finally get a new car to replace our aging Camry. Having previously purchased 2 vehicles from Whitby Toyota, we knew that My husband and I decided to finally get a new car to replace our aging Camry. Having previously purchased 2 vehicles from Whitby Toyota, we knew that the service there was amazing so we did not hesitate on going back. Tony greeted us immediately. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and was able to discuss all the features of the new Camry without difficulty. Imagine our surprise when he told us that he just started with this dealership only 2 days before. We would have never guessed. We ended up buying another Camry. When I picked up the car a little over a week later, there was a small issue with an incorrect address but the dealership “made it right” by giving us a $500.00 cheque for the error. Tony made sure to show me all the features in the car before I drove off. When I went back a few days later to pick up the cheque, Tony helped me almost immediately (he had another client) and gave me a nice hug to thank me for my business. More
