We traveled over 90 miles to find our new Chevrolet Trax. In the end one of the main reasons we chose Weber Chevrolet was because we they made us feel comfortable and there was no sales pressure like you fin In the end one of the main reasons we chose Weber Chevrolet was because we they made us feel comfortable and there was no sales pressure like you find at most dealerships. We felt welcomed by Tony Franks and the entire staff. The entire experience we had at the dealership was a very positive one. Tony was quick to go out of his way to help with all of the questions we had and to help facilitate the delivery of our new Trax. During the whole process he was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. When it came time to pick up our vehicle, every part of the process from the paperwork to driving off the lot was very smooth. Although we have owned our new vehicle for only a month we have already told others about Weber Chevrolet and we will definitely return the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. More

This is our 3rd time purchasing a vehicle from Weber, and also our 3rd sales consultant we have dealt with. We have had nothing but stellar service each and every time and appreciate everything they do for u also our 3rd sales consultant we have dealt with. It has been not the most pleasant experience at a dealership that I’ve had I feel they were dishonest about the vehicle I purchased due to the fact it had hail damage. I did not notice it at the deal dealership that I’ve had I feel they were dishonest about the vehicle I purchased due to the fact it had hail damage. I did not notice it at the dealership it was it a bright sunny day till I got it home and put it in the garage and further inspected it. The hood, the roof and the deck lid were powdered with hail damage. I know it’s not a new vehicle and it’s gonna have some bumps and bruises but there is $2000 worth of damage to this vehicle and I feel like they knew it had hail damage and didn’t disclose it the second finance manager was arrogant and cocky was acting like I was 20 years old and this was my first vehicle I have been buying GM products for over 40 years I currently own 8 GM products after this experience, most likely will be one and done consider buying a Toyota next time More
