Oil change They could not find my key when time to leave. The service advisor was at lunch and she mis filed the key. They also did not re set the computer so it They could not find my key when time to leave. The service advisor was at lunch and she mis filed the key. They also did not re set the computer so it is still telling me I need an oil change and filter change. How do I know that the old change was even done? More

Convenient and flexible I forgot to make an appointment to get my oil change and all slots were taken. They made an exception and I thought it would take a couple hours. Prompt &Professional Thanks to Tony, I was able to get an appointment for the same day after my car had a warning light on. The service agent who helped me was not only pr Thanks to Tony, I was able to get an appointment for the same day after my car had a warning light on. The service agent who helped me was not only professional, but also friendly and personable. The waiting room is undergoing remodeling, so expect the area to be a little tight on space, but clean. There is a coffee machine with every possible coffee option imaginable, which is great, but the best part was the fast WiFi that did not require a difficult sign in and I was able to work while I waited for my vehicle. Even though my service was lengthy, Erickson kept informed of the progress and estimated time of delivery of my car often enough as not to make me feel I had waited long. Overall, since my car was under warranty, I did not have to pay anything, which made the experience even better! More
