In my case, just 2nd time service of my lease car 2018 Nissan Roque which nothing much to take care from the beginnings for the 1st time service that I came last time did not take so much time at all. I booked at 3:30pm appointment which the woman who reserved appointment for me did not tell me that I need to leave the car overnight. I dropped the car off and waited in the waiting room. Some staff called me to let me know that I need to leave the car or I can bring it back later. First of all, I can not leave the car because I need the car for work the next day morning. Second, it wasted of my time to come again which it’s not close to my place. I could have chose to get the service from other dealer where is closer but I chose Weston Nissan because I saw here is the best. I went to talk to Mr. Tony, he said in my case it would not take long. He arranged and took care everything in one and half hour. Thank you Mr. Tony and other service team staffs. You guys are the best. Thank you! More
