I was assigned to Tony Dillard, who was attentive to my wants and needs from the start. We perused inventory online before selecting several CPO vehicles to test drive. Tony was the consummate professional in every way - patient, polite, and provided honest, knowledgeable, and straightforward answers to my questions. (I did prior research.) No pressure or games like I experienced elsewhere. Adam Elkins worked with me to negotiate the final price without any last-minute add-ons. Michael Bergholtz explained several options available to me without the usual high pressure tactics...even after I declined them. This dealership first earned my trust, and then earned my business by giving me a great price on a 'gently used' Chevy Equinox. Elkins Chevrolet made the process quick, painless, and transparent. Dealerships should take a page out of the Elkins Chevrolet playbook. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or CPO vehicle. First class all the way!!!! More

Besides that, their online reputation speaks volumes compared to others in the area - and we learned it's for a very good reason. My husband and I are very honest, no BS people and we wanted to pay a fair price for a new Traverse. Not only did the team at Elkins educate us on all the functionality of the vehicle, they advised us about other Chevy models that we were thinking about in the future, and worked their finance magic to let us walk out of the door that night with our new car... totally NOT what we expected! We assumed we'd get wheeled and dealed, and have to leave that night then maybe come back a couple of days later. Nope. The staff at Elkins really treated us with respect, honesty and flexibility with our new purchase. It was very important to them that we felt satisfied with our decision and price we paid because they wanted us to have a positive experience. We'll be shopping Elkins for a VERY long time now and recommending to all of our friends/family in the area. Their customer service was unparalleled! More
