Havin the SLR serviced requires the special training and equipment that only a well qualified dealer can provide. I appreciate that Salem has maintained this capability to support this very special and uniq equipment that only a well qualified dealer can provide. Service was great, but one of the staff (Brian) was very rude to my 17 year old daughter when she came to pick her car. I had parked it there to pick up my car. He was making rude comments about her driving rude to my 17 year old daughter when she came to pick her car. I had parked it there to pick up my car. He was making rude comments about her driving a Subaru and wouldn't help her when he key wasn't working. Luckily, a lady staff member (I didn't catch her name) helped her, but the key wouldn't work. Whoever this man is was also rude to my husband when he went back with my daughter to pick up the Subaru. The staff member did not give a good first impression of Mercedes Salem and this experience make me wonder about going back there. More
