with 419000 miles on my 2017 QX80 my transmission finally went out. Lucky I bought the unlimited mileage 8 year wrap. New transmission was covered and because I did all my required services with the dealersh went out. Lucky I bought the unlimited mileage 8 year wrap. New transmission was covered and because I did all my required services with the dealership the process was easy, Service manage and the owners have my full respect and lets see if I can get this truck another 400k miles. Its hard trying believe that a Dealership will stand by your side when it comes to high mileage vehicles but this dealership has been good to my family for years. More

Dropped my vehicle off for service today. Sales manager for new cars heard that I had a bad experience at a different dealership with my detail in the downtown Chicagoland area. I am a loyal customer of Infiniti of Clarendon HIlls and have been working with BIl Mullarkey. I had leased a 2019 QX60 from them in 2019. The lease was up during covid. Bill and Joe were very honest about have been working with BIl Mullarkey. I had leased a 2019 QX60 from them in 2019. The lease was up during covid. Bill and Joe were very honest about their limited inventory due to the pandemic. They helped me make a great descion to buy the car and recommended I purchase the extended warranty. The extended warranty was well worth the investment when I needed new brakes and other service items. The service departmnet is exclelent with advising on maintenace needed. Upon their recommendations of maintenance, I was able to get a better value on my trade in due to the excellent service history and condition of the car. It was time to trade in my 2019 QX60. I made an appointment with Bill Mullarkey. He was extremly helpful and patient with all my questions. On our test drive he was very informative on explaining the differences between my 2019 QX60 and the 2024 QX60. Joe and BIll took the time to show me different options of their inventory and pricing that fit my needs. I was very appreciate of the advice they gave on the current mileage and the extended warranty that I had purchased from Infiniti of Clarendon HIlls. Jacob in finance explained all the details and made sure I was comforatble and understood the terms. In addition, I am extremly impressed with my 2024 Q60 and how smooth it handles on the highway! This review is a little late in responding too. I bought my Infiniti from Bermans Infiniti and live in western burbs so since I bought it new Bermans service was a distance but worth it and the dri I bought my Infiniti from Bermans Infiniti and live in western burbs so since I bought it new Bermans service was a distance but worth it and the drive when buying from Bermans wish they were closer. I have been getting all my service work done here in Clarendon Hills more convenient. The Dunlop tires the SUV came with where absolutely garbage tires. I called the dealer and had the car in for service and then had them check the tires and they were already needing to be replaced at 30k don't buy a car with Dunlop tires that's another review! But they told me that it was Dunlop's problem.to call Dunlop which I did. And they said to talk to the dealer. Which? I already did so to make this review a little shorter I got the run around from both the manufacturer and the dealer. So, I started shopping around the usual places. The dealer said give us a shot and I did very competitive price. So, I bought new ones from them they were not Dunlop's. Installed and out the door which was very nice but when I brought the vehicle in for service, I wanted the tires rotated and when I saw the invoice. Later I did notice $60-dollar charge for the rotation and called to question it I was told that that is not included with the purchase price almost everyone you buy from rotates for free so when buying new tires from anywhere just not the dealers do your homework and ask all the questions before buying and do not assume that its included...A heads up on tire shopping. More

took my son to come experience his first test drive. The nice thing about Infiniti is that even though my son was still trying to figure out what he wanted and that he asked a lot of questions about the The nice thing about Infiniti is that even though my son was still trying to figure out what he wanted and that he asked a lot of questions about the car is the patience of the salesman. I just watched them talk about motors and maintenance for over 30 minutes and realized i was the oddball in the mix. My son did his research new what to ask.
