This is by far the best customer service I have ever received from a company PERIOD. My wife and I purchased a 2022 Cadillac from Trent back in January. Unfortunately, we ran into some unforeseen issues received from a company PERIOD. My wife and I purchased a 2022 Cadillac from Trent back in January. Unfortunately, we ran into some unforeseen issues with the vehicle shortly after purchasing that was impossible to know prior to the sell. However, we had a major problem that had me and my wife scared to death and we didn’t know what to do since we had purchased AS IS. One phone call and on the second ring Trent picked up and requested we return the vehicle for inspection. It was indeed a major issue and Trent Cadillac quickly had this problem resolved that would have caused anyone to freak out. THEY DID ALL OF THIS FREE OF CHARGE. They washed and cleaned the vehicle and had it ready within a week. Having said this, they had all right to say that we owned that problem, but they took it upon themselves to own it with us. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a purchase. They had no obligation to fix or repair anything and they went above call of duty to make sure we had the best experience with them.
