Online price is not even close to what you will pay. I would avoid this dealership if you are buying a used car. Not very friendly and have very poor customer service. would avoid this dealership if you are buying a used car. Not very friendly and have very poor customer service. More

What a terrible experience. Filled out the inquiry form online. Got a call first thing the following morning from a "Liz". AT FIRST, Liz was great. AT FIRST, Liz was professional. Unfortunately, liz then p online. Got a call first thing the following morning from a "Liz". AT FIRST, Liz was great. AT FIRST, Liz was professional. Unfortunately, liz then passed me off to a "ben". Ben was not great. Or professional. I told Liz i was looking to buy today, and that I owned a transport company, snd had a truck in Tampa that could pick it up today. She said she would transfer me to Ben. I told ben ID be lookiny to buy today. Ben kept interrupting me to say they would have to have documents signed and vehicle paid for before it leaves. I told ben, that obviously, I was aware of that. This is at 10am at this point. Plenty of time left in day. Ben said they had the interior "redone". I asked what that entailed. He said he didnt know, he'd go check and call me back. He never called me back. Several hours later i texted liz and said i hadn't heard back, and we were burning time. Then i get an annoyed call from Ben, saying he was "gonna get back with me". Then I'm told their detailer had changed the color of the side bolsters on the seat, from factory grey, to black. So now it didnt match the rest of the interior. I said ok, then i adjusted my offer, to a thousand below their listed asking price. Not remotely an unreasonable offer. His reply was: "so now you want us to discount it for you after we replaced the interior?" (I didnt ask for the interior to be replaced, and certainly not the wrong color) I replied that my offer wasn't remotely unreasonable, and that his seeming annoyance at being on the phone doesn't exactly give me a "we want to sell a car" vibe. He grew frustrated and said "I'll have to ask my manager. If he agrees then I'll call you back". What kind of open ended way to end a conversation is that? I repeated, that i had a truck sitting in Tampa waiting, and the call ended. I texted Liz, who apologized for Ben, and said she'd get with a manger and get numbers and get back to me. Hours pass. I texted liz again, she again apologizes, and says they got busy, and a manager was "looking at it now". This was 415. At 630, still nothing. I texted liz and said i didn't appreciate the no response and having my truck sit all day. Liz never responded. What an unprofessional circus. More
