Tommy Chan, upon learning that I was interested in purchasing a winter wheel and tire package, provided me with assistance in choosing the one best suited to my needs. There were two packages recommended for my recently purchased 2017 X3. Tommy showed me what the actual wheels and tires looked like. I was not merely shown a picture and asked to make a choice. Tommy introduced me to Parkview's tire expert, and together these two gentlemen pointed out the merits of each package, then left the decision up to me. Tommy did, however, tell me what he thought would look best on my X3. In practically no time at all, the installation was complete, and my vehicle was washed. Tommy Chan is a very busy salesman, always on the move. Yet on a Friday evening, as business was winding down at the dealership, Tommy expressed an active interest in my purchase, making sure that I was fully satisfied. I have purchased several vehicles from Parkview BMW, each with Tommy Chan's assistance. As far as I am concerned, if you are interested in owning a BMW, Parkview is the dealership to visit. I had a 320 X drive 2014 from Downtown Toronto. Close to lease maturity I went to Parkview and Tommy took care of me very well. I ordered a customized 2017, 340 X Drive and it was perfect at delivery. Unfortunately the same day I took the car , the engine had a major malfunction that required a major repair. Happiness lasted just hours, the frustration had no precedents, but they fixed the problem to my satisfaction and I was provided with another brand new car as replacement. Over the last few days I have been receiving phoning calls from a collecting agency about an outstanding balance with BMW financial about the old BMW. It was almost $2800 due to wear and tear. BMW Toronto never contacted me about this issue and they sent my contact information to the collecting agencies. This was such a great professional move from BMW Toronto to attract clients!!!! Instead of contacting me directly to discus the balance they decided to sell me to a collecting agency. I then paid an unexpected visit to Tommy Chan at Parkview. He made the time for me, very professional, and in 15 minutes he made some phoning calls and solved the problem. My outstanding balance became $0. So, my fellow colleagues in Medicine and surgery, If you are looking for a new BMW, go to Parkview and ask for Tommy Chan. He is the man to deal with. Rated 200 %. Best regards from Rafael More
