I have always considered Ryan Auto Mall to have the best service department in the area I may buy new or used elsewhere, but I always have my service completed at their location. I called them on my way into work downtown explaining my car problems. They were able to get me in the same morning, repair my vehicle (and change my oil)and also worked with my extended warranty company to car problems. My car was making odd noises and the Service Desk told me to stop in and look. A desk person and mechanic met me, the mechanic went for a drive with me and figured out it was simply ice stuck in body. They to stop in and look.
