They protected my head from being smashed into my door window. I swore when it was time for me to buy a new car Honda was for me!!! In March of 2016 my friend (that was in the accident) and I went to Valley Honda.Their we met Tom Propersi. I like to say I have a good judge of character. Tom very pleasant soft spoken man. I thought to myself there are really non-pushy salesman? LOL I have bought many new cars in the past, and had to put a few salesman in their place. Tom Propersi is now my salesman and friend. Nervous About The Car Buying Experience? I was. I was looking for a car a couple years ago after a horrible car accident we were involved in. I know it would have been a lot worse except for I was. So the nearest Honda dealer was Valley Honda. We met Tom Propersi we talked for a while. I never felt rushed, never felt pressured, as I have been in the past from other car dealers. We took a test ride loved the Pilot. Unfortunately, it wasn't the right time for me. I did tell Tom when I'm ready I will come back and see him. Fast forward 2 years I emailed Tom hoping he was still at Valley Honda. When he replied, I was relived because, the car buying experience is extremely stressful. I didn't want the high pressure tactics. or feeling like you were taken advantage of. Tom showed us around Valley Honda which is a very nice facility. Tom gave us a fair price on my 2018 Pilot Touring. I bought it that night, he stayed well past closing time to show me all about the car. I said its ok, I can figure out some of this out myself. He insisted that he wanted me to be safe and setup the car to my personal preferences. I feel like Tom went above and beyond for me. The person that was in the CRV, when we had the accident bought a 2018 CRV from Tom the following week. If your worried about or had a bad car buying experience in the past see Tom Propersi. Time, patience, and a new car 😊 My husband and I have been looking at buying our first mini van and knew we wanted the 2018 Odyssey. We decided last minute to go to valley Honda Satu My husband and I have been looking at buying our first mini van and knew we wanted the 2018 Odyssey. We decided last minute to go to valley Honda Saturday afternoon. Tom became our sales associate and boy car buying is a long process and the patience that he had with us was amazing, especially because being last minute we had our two year old with us. We took up most of Toms day but he never seemed annoyed and he was straightforward with us with any questions or suggestions we had. He got us the best price he could with the help of financial dept and we even got a good deal on the all weather mats; thankfully because it was snowing. We had a long day but a great experience. Even after all of the time spent buying the car Tom took lots of time to explain all of the features of the car and made sure the van stayed parked in the garage until we got our car seat installed so that we didn’t have to do it in the snow. He was very kind, patient, and understanding and considerate of us having our toddler with us. We appreciate all the help we received and Valley Honda is truly all smiles while you are there. I had two people walk up to me to make sure I was being helped and to ask why I was there and just carry on nice conversation. Valley Honda May be a little further for me to travel to but I will def be back there. Thank you Tom for a pleasant experience More

Best Experience Ever I was referred to Tom at Valley Honda and he was described to me as being a low-key, no BS salesperson. We spoke on the phone a few times before I eve I was referred to Tom at Valley Honda and he was described to me as being a low-key, no BS salesperson. We spoke on the phone a few times before I ever went to the dealership, and I described to him what I was looking for and what I was hoping/ready to spend. When I arrived he had the vehicle I was interested in ready to test drive, all of the pertinent information at his fingertips, and was ready and willing to answer any and all of my questions ( even the redundant ones ). We both "learned" the newly incorporated computer system together, and whatever questions I had that Tom might not have had answers to ( which weren't very many ), he was able to get me the answers immediately. I never felt pressured or intimidated by him, and I truly appreciated that as much as Tom was willing to help me in any way that he could, he also took a step back when he felt that I needed some time to reflect and consider all of my options. From start to finish, I can honestly say that this was hands down, my most pleasurable new car buying experience. More

We didn't get accessories on the day of purchase, because it was little bit late, and still waiting for someone to call us back to pick up what we pay.
