Tom immediately made us feel at ease by his professional, no pressure, careful listening to our needs and wants. After a few test drives we identified the car we wanted and within a short period of time we had made our decision. Tom showed us the service center and shared maintenance tips for our new vehicle. At the end of the day, we drove home very happy owners of a new Honda. The next day Tom called to make sure our drive home went well and to offer his assistance in the future should we have any questions about programming, etc. My husband and I had an unfamiliarly pleasant and rewarding experience with Tom and Valley Honda, all the way through.
