Tom was not a high pressure sales person and I greatly appreciated that. He not only helped us purchase our vehicle, they had the trim line and colour I was looking for in stock. Tom has also made himself available even after the purchase for any questions or inquiries I had following the purchase. Will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

What started out as a service request ended with a vehicle purchase at Dalmar Motors! We needed service on our Passat and after dropping the car off, had a look at some previously owned vehicles, spe vehicle purchase at Dalmar Motors! We needed service on our Passat and after dropping the car off, had a look at some previously owned vehicles, specifically the VW Atlas, and had the pleasure of meeting Tom Martin. We had been looking at the Atlas for some time and told Tom what we were looking for in another vehicle. He was extremely helpful, selecting a vehicle that met our needs, and also very knowledgeable about the car, answering all our questions in detail. At the end of the day, we purchased an Atlas, and the entire process was straight forward and seamless, thanks to Tom. We had a very frustrating experience with another VW dealership in town recently so we were grateful for the excellent customer service we experienced at Dalmar. Keep up the good work, and thank you!
