Renewed confidence and 2nd chances I happened to stop by on a very busy month-end evening to check out my options on a new vehicle. However, I didn't feel like a valued customer since I I happened to stop by on a very busy month-end evening to check out my options on a new vehicle. However, I didn't feel like a valued customer since I wasn't in the position to buy something that evening and was passed off to 3 different sales reps. I never really got an answer that evening because rebates and programs change monthly and what they would quote me wouldn't be good anyway. A few days later, I happened to have my vehicle in for service so I decided to give them another chance to see what my current vehicle was worth on a trade. I was pleasantly greeted in the parking lot by Jeff Shadrick, he listened to my needs and wants and started finding me a vehicle. When he checked my name, he found that I was already in the system from the previous visit and he needed to get approval to take me on as customer. Instead of Jeff handling the rest of my sale, he saw that I worked with Tom Gorman in the past, so instead of completing the sale himself, he handed me off to Tom. I'm thinking to myself, he we go again. Tom was the beneficiary the 1st time we met years ago (similar experience listed above) and didn't really have to earn my 1st sales, so I was a little hesitant going with Tom and not Jeff. However, Tom not only won me over, he worked his tail off getting me into a new vehicle that worked for me. He provided excellent customer service and treated me in the utmost respect that I look forward to working with him again, More

They saved me! I contacted Jeff Belzer's on that Friday, telling them I them how I needed a car and fast, and only had Saturday morning to shop. That's when Tom Gorman reached out to me and we emailed back and forth late into the evening discussing what I was looking for. Only a couple hours after they opened Saturday, I was signing my financing papers with Matt Moore and Tom had picked lot wonderful vehicle for me! They made the upcoming week so much less stressful with how fast they worked! And I will be forever grateful! More
