I love my new Chevrolet! I had been trying to get out of my 2016 Dodge Dart for about two years. Tyler helped me get my Apple Carplay set up which ended up being easier than I thought it would be lol. At the end of the day after trying to get into something else for two years on Friday May 17th I brought home my 2019 Chevrolet Trax LS AWD. I LOVE MY NEW CAR! :) Thanks guys!! More

Tom sent me a couple of emails and gave me a call. He wanted to be sure to get in contact with me. After looking at some other dealers and not finding the price I wanted, I got in contact with Tom. I had never leased or bought a new car before. He said that he would do his best to get me in a car. I went in and he was friendly, honest, and willing to do all that he could do to get me into a new car. I had several questions and was nervous about being a female and walking into a dealership by myself. He put my mind right at ease. He was able to get me the car I wanted for the monthly payments I wanted, thanks to both Tom and Josh. I couldn't be more grateful for the experience that I had. Thank you! I will be returning to Jeff Belzer in the future. ***I found a lot of tape on the car after I left the dealer. The detailers could have done a better job as all of this stuff was clearly in sight. Great Work The dealership I leased my previous Kia from called to suggest I consider an early upgrade, so I decided to see what they could do. They came up with The dealership I leased my previous Kia from called to suggest I consider an early upgrade, so I decided to see what they could do. They came up with a new lease that would have doubled my payment. It was well beyond what I could afford, they became very pushy and tried to scare me into signing a new lease. I declined and left. I decided to see what another dealership could offer and contacted Jeff Belzer's, and was put in touch with Brandyn. He understood the issue I was having with being over miles and laid out my options. As it worked out I closed the deal with Tom who was also excellent. They dealt with my requests to show me what happens if I change this or that, or go with a purchase instead of a lease. They made a much better offer to buy out my prior lease which made my payments affordable. If the payments on the new car had not worked out, they would have helped me refinance and buy out my lease, even though I did not purchase that car from them. Excellent customer service. More

Great Buying Experience I knew all I wanted for features but unsure of what vehicle I wanted. I had a Suburban and was thinking Tahoe or Traverse. Tom helped me walk through my options, had me drive both vehicles and found the one I wanted with all the features and the right color. I was planning to pay cash but needed to sell some stock to cover the check. Sean arranged to hold my check for a few days while I got to drive my new vehicle. I love my Traverse High Country. More
