I've been with Smythe Volvo since 1991 and have over thirty years experience in the automotive industry. The best part about working at Smythe Volvo is the local business feel of the company. Knowing almost every customer who walks into the shop is a great feeling. My favorite Volvo of all time was the C30. It was a small, fast and super-fun 2 door hatchback with a turbo 5 cylinder engine. When not at Smythe Volvo, you can find me kayaking or fishing somewhere in New Jersey.

Making a large purchase, like an automobile, is always stressful. At Smythe, and especially with working with Kyle, the process was smooth. I have been a customer of Smythe Volvo for over 40 years. Currently I own my fifth Volvo (and bought my daughter one a year ago). I have always received excellent service at this dealership. Today I popped in to request help pairing a new phone to the Volvo app. Without an appointment I was teamed with Kay Shabazz who expertly, kindly and patiently walked me through the pairing process. He has a charming personality and generously offered other tips about the car to me. I left the dealer a very happy camper. Tom at the service desk connected me to Jay—much appreciated. My husband who has a bmw will be at Smythe next wheel for wheel repair. We are fans. More

I got into my car and discovered I had a flat tire. The Smythe Volvo service department immediately took me in with no appointment. Wound up that I needed anew tire which was replaced at no charge since the car was less than a year old. Tom Coward worked with me through the process. He was friendly, informative and attentive. His professionalism and that of the entire department was refreshing. My car was delivered well within a reasonable time and I was able to continue on with my day. More
