I have been in the Bar/Restaurant, Night Club Industry most of my life. I have been in the Auto/Motorcycle Sales and Product Development as well. I have combined my love for people and Automobiles to create a pleasurable experience for all my guests. Customer service and satisfaction is one of my main attributes. I say what I mean and mean what I say. I am always available for all my guests and will answer all questions asked. If I don't know the answer I will research it and then answer it. I married late in life and doing so I made a great choice in a my wife as a life long partner! Besides Automobiles, Motorcycles and Restaurants (eating) I collect Watches. Living and enjoying life and staying in good health is very important to me and at 60 I am going to fight every day to stay on top of the game of life!

This was my first experience buying a car on my own. I was very apprehensive walking into the dealership, I was a little early but within minutes I was put at ease, with the attention given to me by th I was very apprehensive walking into the dealership, I was a little early but within minutes I was put at ease, with the attention given to me by the other employees.. I can not say enough about how cordial everyone was to me while I was waiting a few minutes for my salesman Tom, Who was finishing up with another customer. Although the choice was mine I was supported in all my questions and thoughts. My salesman, Tom Berges kept in touch with me over the next two days as to the progress in getting my car ready For delivery. Without question Tom offered to pick me up and bring me to Pick up my car when it was ready. As he promised, it was in A-1 condition absolutely perfect !! All in all it was a very pleasurable experience and you are not just left there. The follow up is just as supportive as the whole experience…. I Have now found my go to Dealership!! and “ My Salesman” More

After stopping by almost every dealership in the area, I found Ferman BMW to be the best option. Their stock was much greater in new and used inventory, with options for every price range. The dealership itself was well organized, clean, and a friendly environment. The customer service was amazing. Tom is a great salesman. There was no pressure, Tom genuinely listened to my needs and my budget and provided several reasonable options. He worked hard to get me a good deal on my car and made it a very positive experience over all. I left with a freshly detailed car and full tank of gas. More
