I have been in the Bar/Restaurant, Night Club Industry most of my life. I have been in the Auto/Motorcycle Sales and Product Development as well. I have combined my love for people and Automobiles to create a pleasurable experience for all my guests. Customer service and satisfaction is one of my main attributes. I say what I mean and mean what I say. I am always available for all my guests and will answer all questions asked. If I don't know the answer I will research it and then answer it. I married late in life and doing so I made a great choice in a my wife as a life long partner! Besides Automobiles, Motorcycles and Restaurants (eating) I collect Watches. Living and enjoying life and staying in good health is very important to me and at 60 I am going to fight every day to stay on top of the game of life!

Tom Berges & Ferman BMW are awesome!!! I received excellent customer service. Everyone including the Finance Manager, Joe Cleaver, were super friendly and willing to explain anything. As an out of town buyer, it was evident that they already had the necessary paperwork ready for me to sign. Kudos to Ferman BMW and the entire team! I would definitely recommend them. More
