Tom has worked in various positions in the industry, having started his automotive sales career in 1974. In his spare time he enjoys being with his family, traveling and playing golf.

Everyone at Mungenast Honda was friendly and helpful. All of my questions were answered with extensive knowledge and expertise. Sam was great. Price was very good. Overall deal with trade in was very good. The major issue we had was the amount of time it took to complete the purchase process. We had every thing done with the sales staff in a reasonable amount of time. Then they started on the financing paperwork and the process progressed at snail's pace. We sat in the show room for at least three hours (probably was longer, so of lost track) waiting and waiting and waiting before we got to sign all the paperwork. More

I dealt with Sam Martin on 2 trips to the Dealership. The first trip, I was short on time, but wanted to take a test-drive in a Honda Civic. Sam was happy to let me do so. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car and it's features. I returned to the dealership 1 week later to purchase a Honda Civic from Sam Martin. Again, he was friendly and knowlegeable. Sam was not a high-pressure salesman, which I appreciated very much. I had a trade-in vehicle toward the purchase. He was able to show me exactly how much I was getting for my trade. Tom Barr handled our financing. He was friendly, efficient and knowlegeable. The entire process was stress-free. More

This was our second purchase from this dealership. We had such a good experience the first time, we went all the way from Chicago to St. Louis to buy our second car. Sam Martin was very responsive and friendly over the phone as we worked out a deal long-distance. Then, because he would not be in the day I could come in, he arranged for his colleague, Rick Murphy, to help me out. Rick was wonderfully friendly and very well organized. It was nice to see salespeople work as a team instead of being too competitive. Tom Barr, the business person, was very friendly as well. I was amazed that he could carry on a pleasant conversation while working his way through the pile of forms. Even though I was there for a while, it really didn't seem like time was dragging by slowly. During the closing process, Tom calleed in his colleague to confirm some items. I was just really impressed by how the group worked as a team to work through the sale. More

I had a great experience at St. Louis Honda when purchasing my CRV. I was referred to Mike Banaskavich who was very pleasant to deal with. Buying a car isn't typically the best experience, but Mike purchasing my CRV. I was referred to Mike Banaskavich who was very pleasant to deal with. Buying a car isn't typically the best experience, but Mike made it painless. Very friendly and not pushy as was Tom, the finance manager. The staff was also very friendly. The car and paperwork was ready as soon as I arrived so we didn't have to wait at all. It was nice that Mike took the time to go over the features of my new car. Mike was also very patient - it took us about 5 months to finally make a decision! I would definitely recommend Mike for anyone looking to purchase! More

The experience was a smooth and pleasant one, and he found me a great car for a fair price. I have had the car for just over one month and love it! Tom Barr in Finance was also friendly and professional. He helped get me a great rate and walked me through the financing process with ease. I purchased a 2003 Honda Odyssey from Mungenast Honda. Let me just start by saying, that I am GRATEFUL for Kurt and Tom both assisting me. Kurt was very honest, patient and caring for our needs. Very positive experience with a courteous staff. Never felt any pressure to purchase, just a very helpful group.
