The floor was sand when I got out of my truck in the shop which caused me to slip and hit my back on the running board so I have a bruise on my back now. Also, I had new floor mats put in but there was a lot which caused me to slip and hit my back on the running board so I have a bruise on my back now. It was an easy transaction, but when I tried to follow up to get keys for my roof rack that weren't included they completely stopped responding which was disappointing.
