Everyone I encountered at Luther Hudson was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgable from the receptionist to Todd, the manager. A friend had previously bought a vehicle from Luther. Her advice and experience there was one of the reasons I went there and bought Chevy Trax...LOVE IT!!!!! More

Matt Kennedy (Sales Professional) was knowledgeable, personable, and patient with no pressure. He provided us with ample time and undivided attention to guarantee our questions were answered and we felt comfortable. The vehicles on the lot were clean, well-presented, and ready to go. The entire process felt relaxed and straightforward. Matt has followed up with us since the purchase to check in and answer any questions. Todd in Finance was helpful, taking the time to clearly explain options and ensure everything was handled smoothly. Beyond the purchase itself, the Service staff stood out as friendly and approachable. I have had follow-up contact with Jeremiah and he has been very helpful. Matt is professional and expert in his field. He understood what I’m looking for and gave me multiple options to choose from which was nice to have if some of the options weren’t aligning with wh He understood what I’m looking for and gave me multiple options to choose from which was nice to have if some of the options weren’t aligning with what I’m looking for. Also, he is good with attention to details and active listening. Also, he explained everything in simple way and went through how to use the car and what the car has including safety package and those stuff. I would recommend him if anyone want to understand the cost of the car. What car you are looking for, affordability, and anything you are looking for he can help you with it. I had a great time and my experience including buying the car and getting my finance ready went smooth thanks to him. More
