Originally from Rome, New York, Todd moved to Raleigh to attend NC State University. After spending a couple of years in real estate, Todd found his career home in 1988 when he joined the Leith Honda team. He has always enjoyed the opportunity to meet so many people that live in the Raleigh area and help them with their transportation needs. Todd grew up playing hockey and the sport allowed him to travel all over the Northeast and Canada. So it’s no surprise that Todd is a huge Carolina Hurricanes fan! Todd is also an avid outdoorsman who likes to hunt, fish, and also ride motorcycles.

Would not recommend buying or servicing your Honda here I was promised by both the Roy Bailey and the Service Tech who worked on my car, that spending $3000 on repairs for a new clutch and new bearings woul I was promised by both the Roy Bailey and the Service Tech who worked on my car, that spending $3000 on repairs for a new clutch and new bearings would fix the problems I had described with my car (i.e. did I NEED a new clutch and that I was having intermittent problems getting the car to go into gear). After being assured that it would, I agreed to spend the $3000. The shifting problem still exists and after they worked on my car, now a new problem is occurring, intermittent power loss on shifting. Honda now refuses to fix the problem and asked me if I wanted them to rebuild/replace my transmission at my expense!!! I was never told there were any transmission issues on my car and there are only so many issues that can cause a shifting problem!!!! Apparently they KNEW that there are transmission problems with the Honda's and didn't disclose this, instead telling me they could fix the problem so they could get $3000 in service. After I took the car and complained that the original problem was not fixed and now a new problem existed, they lied and said they had advised me to buy a new car which is not true. See carcomplaints.com, do an internet search on Honda transmission problems and all the comlaints at the BBB. It is a shame that this dealership will not take ownership of this. This was my third Honda and will most likely be my last after this. Had they been HONEST, I would not have spent the $3000 on the car!!!! And after reading all of the other negative reviews regarding Leith Dealerships, I doubt I would shop there ever again. I did expect a higher level from them since they own so many dealerships in the area. More

BEST Honda Dealer ! Everyone associated with the purchase of my car were very nice and helpful. I felt very well taken care of by everyone involved (Salesman, Sales manager and Finance). I felt I was given a great deal and got exactly what I wanted. It was a very good car buying experience overall. I attended a new owner workshop that the service department offered. It was helpful in understanding the workings of the Service department and scheduling. The service manager and ALL of the members of the service department were very nice. I was able to interact with some of the technicians and found them to be very experienced and were able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend to anyone to go purchase a car from them and have there car serviced at Leith Honda. More

Salesman Nahru Williams was not only professional, but very much a gentleman. I am a 'thorough" buyer and again found Nahru knowledgable and patient with my many questions and inquiries. He not only led very much a gentleman. I am a 'thorough" buyer and again found Nahru knowledgable and patient with my many questions and inquiries. He not only led me through the vetting of the vehicle lineup, but skillfully shared the useful qualities that each department within the dealership has to offer for my immediate needs as well as future needs that may arise in the life of my car. Chuck, the service director took the time to share his knowledge and expertise with me alleviating some "internet myths" that had previously given me worry. Josh, in finance was friendly and knowledgable in guiding me quickly and efficiently through the paperwork. Even Todd, the general manager took the time to meet me and thank me for my patronage. To top it off, the price was GREAT!! I will come back again. More

My husband and I bought a very nice used vehicle from Leith Honda Raleigh, the experience was wonderful. They have great sales people, especially the two we dealt with. I would highly recommend either one of them; Dino Payne or Michael Guy. Honest, upfront, not pushy at all, the type sales people you would want no matter what you were buying. They listen to what you want, hear what you can afford and then go out and see what and how they can meet your needs. We / they found a vehicle I loved. Then ..... Shortly after getting our van we ended up with a problem. We had an extremely difficult situation that came upon our newly purchased vehicle not due directly to either them or us. It was a serious problem and very upsetting. We went to Leith Honda Raleigh with our concern of the problem realizing it was going to be a hard problem to fix. Yet, from the very beginning they were calm, understanding and had a mindset to find a solution that could accommodate all of us. In the long run they made sure we were not only happy, but were completely and extremely satisfied with the outcome. Problems arise in any company, but how they are handled makes some stand apart. Leith stands far apart. They showed great integrity in processing and resolving a horrible situation, that by rights was really another's responsibility. They were compassionate, honest in standing by the things they said. We would buy a used or new vehicle from them again in a minute. We also would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of buying a vehicle. If you are looking for a car of any kind and need to know that you are going to deal with reputable people then please by all means go to Leith Honda Raleigh. We would also like to send a special thanks to Todd Holmes and Russ Clark for their help. And a HUGE Thank YOU to Bo Bodenstine who worked with us extensively. He is a man of great character, Godly, calm, compassionate, looks for ways to help above and beyond. He took a terrible situation and strived to make it better than before.
