They called me as soon as they saw a vehicle I might be interested in came on the lot. After a brief test drive, I was sold. Since I took the Frontier home, I have had reason to stop into the service area for a couple of questions about warning lights on the dash and the crew was quick to respond on both occasions and I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Great people to do business with. More

Another Great Experience We had another great experience at Uftring Nissan. In need of a newer vehicle my husband went looking for my replacement. He knew I wanted another Max We had another great experience at Uftring Nissan. In need of a newer vehicle my husband went looking for my replacement. He knew I wanted another Maxima so he stopped in to view the inventory. They didn't have in stock the exact vehicle he knew I was wanting so the staff went right to work to see what they could find. In only a few days they located just what we were looking for and had it delivered. The next day my husband took me to look at cars (or so I thought) when we pulled in we parked next to a Brand New 2017 Black Nissan Maxima Platinum with a Giant White Bow on it. I couldn't believe it...it was for me...I was literally in tears. A lot took place before we arrived that day and with help from Tim and the Uftring Team my husband managed to completely blow me away with an AMAZING Surprise. Thank you Uftring Nissan...you really helped make my 2017 Christmas and Birthday one that I will remember ALWAYS!! More

Dishonest and heartless! Purchased a certified used 2017 Murano last Friday. I made the mistake of not doing a very thorough inspection of every fine little detail of the car. Purchased a certified used 2017 Murano last Friday. I made the mistake of not doing a very thorough inspection of every fine little detail of the car. I drove 3 hours to pick it up after agreeing on a price. Upon arrival, the car was parked in an unlit area for my inspection. I agreed to purchase it. They ran my credit and me and my husband had a 835 credit score. They told me that since it was late i had to take a high rate of interest. We almost left and so he than said he could lower the rate so we proceeded. Got in the car and realized the navigation was not working so the salesman had to take a chip out of the other car at the dealer. Drove home and pulled in my garage and to my surprise there were cracks all over the passenger headlight, the USB port broken and there wasn't even car mats! I was so upset and called the dealer first thing in the morning. The used car salesman refused to help me and said " i cant prove anything" Not only do i not get the headlight fixed but they wont even give me floor mats! i called again and they agreed to sell me one for $785. Are you serious?! Screwing a mother right before Christmas. More
