I was referred to this dealership by a friend Joe G. who works at this location in the appearance dept. My car buying experience with Tim Sterling was exceptional! He made it easy to do business. Althou who works at this location in the appearance dept. My car buying experience with Tim Sterling was exceptional! He made it easy to do business. Although Tim works at the Ford store, he found a vehicle for me in my budget across the street at the Klaben CDDR store. He recommended and let me take a long test drive in a Wagoneer S Launch Edition. I had some apprehension in going with an EV at first, however I slowly fell in love with this vehicle. It's Jeep's equivalent to a Model Y but with a more luxurious interior and refined suspension. It's quick too! To my surprise Tim Sterling knew everything about this vehicle and it's many buttons. Tim does not pressure you into buying a vehicle. He wants to make sure this what you want. I would also like to give a huge shoutout to the managers at the Klaben CDJR store both Steve and Tim. These gentleman took good care of me as well pre and post sale. In my years in leasing vehicles this is the fastest buying experience once I settled on a vehicle. I would highly recommend Klaben stores if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle! More

I have been a Klaben customer for nearly a decade now and Tim Sterling has been the salesperson working with me the entire time. Tim is kind, hilarious, professional, and as he showed in my last trip, clearly willing to go the extra mile and put in the work for his customers. Life has a way of knocking us off balance and giving us new perspectives on lots of things. From my perspective today, I am so very grateful that the person who approached me all those years ago was Tim Sterling, who has a unique ability to make buying a car feel like a visit with an old friend.
