I have been leasing RAV4s from Toyota of Naperville since 2013. It is by far the best SUV that I have ever driven. What is also amazing here is the customer service. Everyone treats you like you are family. To save time at the dealership for this lease, I called ahead and spoke with Tim O'Connell about the amenities that I was looking for in this year's RAV4. We discussed what was on the lot and what was on the way. He had a car on the lot that he saved in my name. The next day, I walked in and was greeted by Tim and he introduced me to Richard Ponulak. Both Tim and Rich have a great sense of humor and made the leasing process painless. After signing the finance papers with Igor, Rich took the time to help me set up the Toyota app and connect everything to my car. He also showed me how to work the newer features. The car is great, but what keeps me coming back is the ever helpful and welcoming staff. 10/10 recommend this place. More

Recently bought a new 2023 4Runner. We started with Rich who was a super nice, no pressure salesman. We decided to go to lunch to talk it over, and before heading out Casey helped sweeten the deal. We came back ready to buy and met Tim, Mike and Sherri. Everybody was great. Casey and Mike helped coordinate some changes with the 4Runner to get me one off the lot instead of waiting until Mid November. Sherri was very thorough and made sure we understood everything in the finance office. After everything was completed, we were so impressed we took the opportunity to trade in my wife's car for a used Rav4 hybrid and did the whole thing all over again. More
