Good service, mostly an opportunity to sell me add-ons. I set a 7:30am appt to get in and out. It turned out to be a tire rotation. Promised 1 to 1.5 hours. It took 2 hours. Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable employees. They give a discount whenever possible. Easy to make an appointment. The waiting area is clean & has a variety of sitting areas. Big tvs with closed captions; don’t know why they had volume turned on, it just added to the noise (pp talking on their phones, kids running around screeching, pp not using ear pods so you’d hear what they were listening to. 😔) EG Toyota is my go-to. 👍 More
