Waiting 3 hours for 5,000 maintenance checkup due to alert on my car screen. Needed 2nd key as was shortage when I got my car. Service person didn’t communicate the whole 3 hours I was there regardi alert on my car screen. Needed 2nd key as was shortage when I got my car. Service person didn’t communicate the whole 3 hours I was there regarding going to another dealership for key. Was told when making my appointment would take less then 2 hours More

Always happy with the service advisors at Atlantic Toyota. They provide excellent communication and my car is always returned in a timely manner. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is becau Toyota. They provide excellent communication and my car is always returned in a timely manner. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because upon pick up, the staff couldn’t find my car and weren’t discreet about it. I found it sitting in the middle of the drop off and pick up lanes while they were running around like chickens without heads More
