She never pressured us into anything and kept working numbers to get us the best deal possible. Corey in Finance was very helpful as well and was able to beat our bank's finance rate. He never pressured us to finance through them or purchase anything else we didn't need and took the time to answer any questions we had. Excellent experience! Over the last twenty years my family has always had a great experience with Holm's and this time was no exception. I received a call from Dave who told me they had just received a used Cadillac XT5 in and wondered if I'd like to come look at it. The car hadn't even been cleaned up yet but that was OK by me. We made a plan to meet and check out the car. Dave is a great salesman, not only did he show me the major options on the car but also the smaller bells and whistles. I did not want a car with black interior but after looking at the car and reviewing the options on the car I decided to take the XT5. Dave went over every aspect of the interior, including showing me how the CUE infotainment system worked, which Consumer Reports mentioned specifically as a drawback.. Dave was very personable as well as knowledgeable on the car and I could not ask for a better experience. I then spoke with J.R., the Finance Manager, and experienced the same high quality knowledge and winning personality that I experienced with Dave. Both are very personable and spoke with ease on any subject. J. R. explained each document he prepared and all the warranties associated with my new car. I could not have had a better experience. I had conversations with other sales people while waiting on the paperwork and found everyone agreeable and they appeared happy in their jobs. I have been at other car dealerships (in Kansas City and Manhattan) and have not experienced the level of professionalism and enthusiasm witnessed at Holm's. Everyone at Holm's were upbeat and very willing to answer any question I had. Tim Holm is to be commended on his selection of personnel, they all appear to do him proud. More
