Good experience I was originally looking for a 2011 or 2012 silverado. Eric was very helpful in trying to match up my budget with what they had in stock. While I wasn't able to work a deal on the vehicle I wanted, Eric, Hunter and the finance team helped me to find another vehicle on their lot that was a better financial fit than the one I had originally looked at. I came to Holm expecting a high pressure, miserable experience. I was surprised, to say the least. I had been to other dealerships-one of which tried the classic two-salesmen-per-customer, don't-give-you-your-key-back-so-you-can-leave approach, and I couldn't stand it. What surprised me is that Holm automotive didn't use that approach. The purchase experience with Eric and Hunter was very customer-centric, I liked how the conversation focused more on what I could afford versus what they wanted to sell me. I did not expect, at all, to meet the owner of the place during the purchase process, yet a brief introduction to Mr Holm and a pleasant conversation was a nice touch. I returned to the dealership a week after the sale-the truck had a slight rattle under the bed- and the guys that serviced the vehicle did sothoroughly and professionally. These guys took the truck out for a test drive, checked out the undercarriage and found that the culprit was, of all things, a loose bed bolt. I was there and back on the road in an hour. I will certainly return for another vehicle if the need arises. More

Overall Leasing Experience Surprisingly enjoyable experience. My only reason for giving a 4 star rating and not a 5 is dealing with Corey, the finance guy, leaves a little bit to be desired. When I told him we were financing the vehicles elsewhere, he was a little taken aback and somewhat defensive. Full disclosure - I'm a loan officer at a local bank, so I had my financing already lined up well before we got there. Corey seemed to think that not financing with them would cost me more interest money, but he had no knowledge of my financing arrangements. And, so far, service after the sale is great. I had a few minor things on my pickup and they were taken care of for free. Also, my wife's battery died two weeks after purchase, so they replaced it for free. We like dealing with Holm. More
