He always says hi and stops by for a chat when I come in to have my car serviced. I know I can trust him to help find me a car that I will enjoy driving plus give me a good deal. He is always ready and able to answer any questions I have, even the ones I consider "silly". Jeff explained the leasing program to me, and I decided it would be the right way to go with my new Camaro. JR Marchbank and Jed Smith were very thorough explaining about the lease program as well. They are both friendly and personable. It is such a joy to work with Jeff, Jed and JR. What really made my day was when Tim Holm came into the finance office to shake hands and congratulate me on the purchase of my new Camaro. Holm Automotive has a such a wonderful professional staff. I know I can always trust them whether I need a new car, or need service or repair on one I already own. Thanks to everyone-you are all Number One in my books. I live 120 miles away, so you know it took a special team to get me to drive that far! Don took care of me all the way through the process, Jed was great at handling the paperwork and financing. I rode my motorcycle to the dealership to pick up the truck. Brad in Service and Niles from the Collision Center figured out to use the lift to load the motorcycle, and six guys from the service department staff went above-and-beyond the call of duty to load my bike. =) Tim came out to congratulate me on my new truck.
