Was lied to about a used vehicle. Transmission was shuttering and the tires were shot. I was told the vehicle had no problems and ran out good and the tires were decent but instead th Transmission was shuttering and the tires were shot. I was told the vehicle had no problems and ran out good and the tires were decent but instead the tires were shot and the transmission was messed up but they lied about all that and kept the deposit based of false information. His is a very shady dealership and I would absolutely not trust them. More

Terrible, Now I'm going to vent. Bought a AS IS truck. So far I've had to dump more money into this piece of trash than I did my old truck. First tensioner pulley/belt then Battery, Radiator, Brakes, Wheel s far I've had to dump more money into this piece of trash than I did my old truck. First tensioner pulley/belt then Battery, Radiator, Brakes, Wheel sensor. ABS and traction lights on from the time I got home. Mechanic said I fried ASB modulator. I texted the sales guy and said he would ask manager. They couldn't help me. They said they would look at it but I had to pay for them to even look at it. I've bought several vehicles from them and they NEVER go the extra mile to help. It is what it is but I will never go back to any of their dealerships. I understand I bought AS is but xxxx. No help on even looking at the xxxx truck. I've dumped $2000 on a truck I've owned for 6 weeks.. Beware More

Tim helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He even went over all the features of the vehicle that I wasn’t aware of. To me, that is important. With a pandemic going on, he found all these things even went over all the features of the vehicle that I wasn’t aware of. To me, that is important. With a pandemic going on, he found all these things and communicated with me via text and a few phone calls, which saved some time so I wasn’t stuck at the dealership haggling. A few days prior I was set up with a different sales person and she really just didn’t take the time to look for the truck I wanted. Tried to just sell me into the most expensive truck there was with features I didn’t even want. And then tried those hard selling tactics with me to bully me into a sale when it wasn’t what I wanted. I’m glad I didn’t fall for it, and left. Tim definitely was fair and listened to everything I wanted and he found it. Car sales people should listen more to what makes a customer happy and not use scare/bully tactics. I’m very happy and pleased with my new vehicle. More
