I made an appointment at 9:30 to have the sunglasses and interior lights console fix on my 2018 rouge only had it for almost two years. I was told they couldn’t fix it I had to buy a replacement at my cost interior lights console fix on my 2018 rouge only had it for almost two years. I was told they couldn’t fix it I had to buy a replacement at my cost of three hundred dollars. I got a message from Thomas s that I was eligible for a trade in with lower interest rates and payment. Instead Thomas S and Oliver one of the fiancé agents put me in a 2020 Murano for higher pay transferred my insurance only to text me five days later saying you got to bring the car back and get your car back the loan wasn’t approved and that I had signed a paper saying if not approved I will return the car. I tried several times to walk away but they were determined to get me in the car regardless of my situation. I know I was honest with them and I was looking to lower my payment and so Thomas words to start making payments on the car not to the interest since that is where the payment are going only towards the interest and the rate is high. I agreed to up payment with Thomas and initial the amount. I told Thomas the price always changed when you go to the financial department he said he would go with me and I didn’t have to change anything when I went in He lied! He walked me to the door and left. Mind you when I saw him again he had switched my house keys from the 2018 key to the 2020 key while I’m in the finance department with a whole new payment plan. I said no thank you I will take my car and go three times. Finally Oliver said okay it’s a go I signed all the paperwork and left everyone thanked me and I was on my way. I got all kinds of messages from different managers at Nissan thanking me for my purchase this was my second purchase if I have any questions please call. This was Wednesday June the 7th and to get a text from Thomas on Monday the 12th we have to give you your Rogue back not come in let’s see if we can get you into another vehicle which was the reason in the beginning lower interest rate and payment. No no no just bring the 2020 back and I did. My car was parked out front with the engine running when I pulled in the parking lot. I did wonder why is it running with the windows down there’s no one in it. So Brandon is helping me get my registration for the rogue because they printed the registration for the Murano Brandon also told me that I would have to call my insurance company and have it switched back to the rogue mind you they did the switch and I didn’t even know until I got in the car and saw the registration . Now in the meantime Richard with the red shirt on introduce himself and say I have your car running outside just got to switch the tag. As I drove away I looked at my dashboard and the time says 11:30 am mind you it’s 7:27 pm. I don’t know what happened for the time to change unless they removed my battery . I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Thomas S and Oscar I feel that they are not honest people and they lie to get what they need to get the business . They shouldn’t be in the field if they can’t be honest. This was the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience I’ve ever had in my life. I truly don’t want to hear a sorry for the inconvenience that is not the purpose of this review the purpose is to treat people the way you want to be treated. Be honest tell the truth if I the plan doesn’t work or won’t work. Just tell them don’t build up hope to let down five days later . So this morning 11:30am I go to get in my rogue and guess what? It won’t start call Nissan, Thomas says oh when I move the rogue it wouldn’t start he had to get a jump. I told him he was lying he moved the rogue from one parking space to another and that is where it sat beside the Murano while I took the stuff from one car to the other. And I left, now he said the second time he had to get a jump off. My question is when I turn in the parking lot got out of the Murano the rogue was parked and running why didn’t the guy who parked it or Brandon tell me I have a battery problem More
