Initial experience was good. The used vehicle I purchased is an AWD. During the test drive the rear end kicked out several times. I attributed it to bad roads and weather. The issue continued. 2 days after purchase I noticed the rear tires were different from the front, they should be the same on AWD vehicles. Cambridge Motors said it was not a safety issue and said I could purchase tires from them instead of fixing the issue. You would think a reputable dealership would at a minimum know that AWD needs all of the same tires (tread pattern) and that it IS a safety issue. I will not be purchasing any more vehicles from Cambridge Motors and I suggest you do not either. Very unhappy customer. More

He took the time to look up parts ask questions and answer all of my questions when I had them. Thomas was very quick with responding to my questions and tell me how it was. Definitely would recommend Thomas to someone who is interested in buying a car without being pressured or persuaded into something that they don't want. More
