After another dealership tried to slip in a $500 hidden upcharge and drove me out the door, I reached out to Reliable and told them exactly what I was willing to pay for their truck. I expected the usual back‑and‑forth, but that never happened. They accepted my offer immediately, and we moved straight into the deal. The price I proposed was fair — and, based on my research, the best discount available within a 500‑mile radius. My only complaint, and the reason for losing a star, is that they wouldn’t honor an advertised discount on their own website, saying the deal was already too good. More
