My salesman Rickie was absolutely great, but the funding and finance experience was terrible. Nothing was explained to me regarding my trade in proceeds and registration refund. I had to call this dealershi and finance experience was terrible. Nothing was explained to me regarding my trade in proceeds and registration refund. I had to call this dealership multiple times to get answers and finally almost a month later, I got my $8,900.00 proceeds check. A month later, I called to inquire on my registration refund on my trade and found out that would take 2-3 more weeks to process my refund. No one explained any of this to us. I personally feel it was all shady and wonder if the dealership would have refunded me my registration if I didn’t call them to inquire. It’s over $500.00. This is my 4th purchase from Henry Brown and had great experiences, but after this fiasco not sure if I trust them to go back for my next purchase. More

I was so amazed at the respect and friendly staff. I have been to Earnhardt GMC in Mesa I felt like I didn’t belong there. When you walk into HB you feel very comfortable with no pressure from the salesmen. “Waggy” was so nice and helpful. Even though we were not buying a hummer EV they let us test drive one because our speci pressure from the salesmen. “Waggy” was so nice and helpful.
