He was very courteous and answered all our questions with no pressure at all. I supervise and evaluate employees all over the world. Darby is the real deal. As I went through the process I found that the whole team was very good. When a slight misunderstanding accrued during the paperwork, Rob, the sales manager was quick to honor my understanding of the deal. That is integrity. I took a road test with Tom Darby and ended up purchasing a new Forester! .Tom Darby addressed all my questions and concerns, making sure that I was happy with both the car and the process of buying the car. It's only been two days, and there is much I need to learn about the car. I was surprised to find out that the dealership offers classes to help buyers to learn about all the many features and functions of this amazing new car! At no point did I feel pressure, or a sal In my 25 years of going to dealerships to buy vehicles, I have never experienced a phenomena like Tom Darby. At no point did I feel pressure, or a salesman approach, or that I was treated differently being a woman looking at vehicles. Mr. Darby made this experience a pleasure. He explained the outstanding safety features that Subaru is known for, that simply stand above the rest. Tom went on to explain how the safety features work. It wasn't an overload of information, I left the dealership truly understanding how to use each function. I can't explain how impressed I am with Subaru and their effort at being the top in safety-it is obvious! I do plan to purchase this Legacy, it will be our families first Subaru and I have a strong feeling, it won't be our last. Thank you Tom Darby for being the professional vehicle educator that you are. We will also be looking forward to the new larger SUV that Subaru will be coming out with in the future. More
