Arrived at the dealership looking for my salesman Terry. He was with a customer and ensured me that Bob was a stand up guy and would take great care of me. He was correct. Monica in finance is well simply put amazing. She is fantastic at her job as is bob and together they are unstoppable. Terry was beyond friendly offering drinks while waiting to hear from the bank. Terry never sugar coated anything and was upfront with evrything. All the sales people were very friendly. They were not intimidating in any way. I was comfortable through the whole process and I was very nervous going in. Terry was waiting for us before we even got out of the car. He was very friendly. Even after we were denied for the first car we looked at, he continued to help up and we ended up leaving w/ a 2012 Chevy car. He was very friendly. My wife and I were treated with professional courtesy by Terry, our sales rep. He listened to our (extensive) list of wants and needs, and we ran the gamut of vehicles on the lot. When we got to the van we ended up with, everything seemed to click. The only problem we had was the length of time waiting for the paperwork to be completed. I realize that it's a necessary evil, but both of us are disabled to a certain extent, my wife more than I. Other than that, it was a good experience. More
