They truly go out of their way to enhance the new car experience. When we entered the show room, our ES was parked in the receiving area with a nice bow and a podium congratulating us on our new car. It's small touches like this that make the buying experience so nice. We were shopping to replace a recently totaled vehicle. This went a long way to turn a bad situation into something great. In my 35+ years of shopping/buying vehicles this far and away was the best car-buying experience I've had. Thank you Buddy, Terry, and Sam. We will not forget the customer service we received. More
