This experience was no exception as I needed to be able to trust that I was getting the best deal for my purchase. On arrival to the Jim Hudson dealership, I was greeted with a one of a kind welcoming experience by a knowledgeable representative. I was a bit disappointed that I was not able to make a deal due to the shift in car values due to the pandemic, but I ultimately left the dealership with a like-new LS 460 Lexus, a car that I had always dreamed of owning. The manager was readily available to assist with the purchasing and I felt truly valued as a customer. My confidence was further heightened after my personal mechanic assured me "you got a great deal!" on private inspection. I am a repeat Lexus owner and when I'm ready for my next purchase, I will be consulting with Terry Capers! More

OMG. Terry Capers exceeded our expectations. My husband and I did the legwork for my mother in law to find her a new vehicle while she is temporarily staying with us during the pandemic. She helps to tak and I did the legwork for my mother in law to find her a new vehicle while she is temporarily staying with us during the pandemic. She helps to take care of our daughter while we work which is a blessing. We visited 3 dealerships and it took 4 weeks for her to make a decision on which vehicle she wanted. Terry rolled out the red carpet for my mother in-law. The sales process was quick and painless. The great thing was she was able to pick up her new car on her birthday. Terry went over and beyond, he placed roses, a beautiful card, gift card, and a couple of Lexus gifts, birthday balloons and a big red bow. It was amazing to see that big smile on her face. This experience meant so much to us. The last couple of months have been stressful so this extra effort made by Terry left a great impression on us. Terry is the Man ....🙌🏾 More
